Lisa I watched this many months ago. I have use this formula many times since. I took you with me March 13 2021 to my husband's funeral. How to paint a picture for people to see our love because we loved out loud and in living color. You were standing with me! Calming me! Assuring me that I could get through it! Thank for sharing your grandmas story. I have worked in a five star Hotel and you can tell a lot by the way someone treat staff. You don't have to make the full bed but don't throw your clothes on the floor, return your seat when standing at the restaurant etc. Much love from Nairobi Kenya.
