lovely interview, she is wonderful. I love the abundance of confidence he enjoys that allows him to welcome guests into thee conversation, such as his mother and audience members with questions. Either ego or fear linits most people from doing that. But 43:00 when he said his son is educated through KZbin, I realize my fear colors my perceñtion, buy knowing how intentionally manipulative YT is, with such such low long-term value, and just plain addictive, I found that incredibly sad. Might even be a gateway drug. But they will be fine, I'm sure. His energy is so engaging, a pleasure to watch. 👍

When I saw the interview where he acknowledged that astronauts, who were his childhood heroes, were against him doing Space X - to see the painful emotion as his eyes filled up with tears, it broke my heart for him. He worked 20 hours a day & slept on the floor of Tesla’s factory. My God, what an incredible human! But to hear his mother....it is obvious his brilliance is genetics! 💕

If you don’t have the money or the time for counseling, watch videos about narcissist and how to free yourself. Look at Maye’s interviews she is always on point. When my mom noticed my interest in art at an early age she got me an subscription for an Art Magazine when I was five. It was for adults, so together we would look through it. Unfortunately, all this means is that a person usually has no boundaries (a weak moral philosophy) and therefore allows lots of abuse, tolerates it instead of being 'enlightened' and putting a boundary to unnecessary suffering, within and without (instead rather staying locked in intergenerational trauma). What an amazing woman, very inspiring, I too was abused in my first marriage with 2young boys, escaped meet an extraordinary caring man who accepted my 2 blond boys as his own had 4 more boys and they are all outstanding testament of the values we instilled in them. Kindness, making a difference in other peoples lives, respect for all regardless of creed or race, and following their dream, being self sufficient. I am a widow and I miss him everyday, I am so blessed to have caring children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. I am now on the last leg of my existence, sharing my gifts to the younger generation of hairdressers who want to transition to working in film where I continue to be active at 79 years. 16:30 Q: What is the most important trait you want to instill into a child? A: Consideration of others, kindness towards others and self. 18:38 Q: How do you instill kindness into a child? A: Find a goal or passion that helps people and teach by example. 21:00 Q: How do you fit it all in? A: Plan well, be on time ( at least 5 minutes early as a sign of respect), don't take on too much and space things out, plan and plan again. 23:28 Q: What are your biggest tips? A: Get help around comfort eating and the right nutritional and dietary information and develop self-discipline. In order to deal with comfort eating, you need to identify the emotional issue or problem. 27:30 Pain plays a role in self transformation! Narcissistic abuse knocks your confidence. They trap you in it but by educating yourself on narcissistic abuse it's a good way to understand what is happening to you. Read Maye Musks book but also read 'Manipulated' and 'Escape the narcissist' by H.G Tudor. Try to get out of the country you're in if you're locked into divorce by law by carefully planning an escape, however this can be much more tricky within a marriage or family of high powered wealthy people such as the case of princess Latifah. At least knowing what is happening to you such as the gas lighting, character assassination, denial, guilt, projection, silence ( stone walling), threatened loss, promised gains, future faking, triangulation, intimidation, reflection ( mirroring) and love bombing to name a few can help you better able to cope with the craziness ( and you being made to believe that you're the crazy person). Also once you know the behaviour you can label it as the narcissist, abusive party tries to use all these manipulations on you. Also read 'Dark psychology' and books on manipulation. 37:50 44:14 Q: How did you support the differences and different personalities of your children? A: I let them go their own way. I noticed their qualities and tried to encourage their strengths. I tried to help where I could with the little I had. Let your children go their own way and develop their talents and skills and they will be happier people. Accept your children. 52:24 Q: If you could re-live just 5 minutes of your life what would it be? A: To be with all my family! My children and grandchildren. Final note: Do no evil! Elevate and heal!

Loved the meditation answer and her view on spirituality. Be kind to people. I love this too ' I don't want to follow science anymore ' I am a scientist but sometimes I too think we are overdoing it.
