My thing with the PlayStation controller: why didn’t they just take it apart? Take the sensors and computer board out and then clean it. I bet the inside was worse than the outside. Not to mention you would have gotten a better all around clean and probably extended the life of it by cleaning and keeping dirt away from the inner components. Just saying.

9:00 - I call bullsh on the deep cleaning vacuum... I've used many and even cleaned professionally (16:45) and I know that this is a cheap trick by people selling the vacuums, or workers trying to make a place look dirty but not really need a deep cleaning, it's just sprayed w/ a alcohol based spray that evaporates/dries quickly. Just like overspray from a spray paint can and how the paint will leave a sort of dust all over the place.... It doesn't adhere to a surface, just makes it look dirty. 18:00 is a great example of how you can fake a dirty car... SMH

After I got out of the Army, I worked for the temporary agency Labor Ready. I was able to get a few days work with a carpet cleaning company. Damn I loved that job. The staff was amazing to work with and the work was super gratifying. One house we did was of this elderly couple and the whole house was flooded because of a plumbing problem. We took out all the furniture, cleaned it, took out the carpeting and replaced it with new carpet, and cleaned out the built in cabinets etc. The bosses loved how well I did, mostly for my strength, speed, and intense attention to detail. They wanted to hire me on a permanent basis. But for some weird reason, Labor Ready wouldn't let them, saying they had a "contract" with me which wasn't true. This actually happened quite a few times with other temp jobs I got set up with. I love using pressure washers. It's so much fun and relaxing.

Toilet paper isn't the issue with plumbing (and I have yet to find a place where it's forbidden to flush them). The problem are wet wipes like the ones in the video. Because they don't dissolve. If you have a clog through normal toilet paper, it's because you used a freaking ton a whole lot of times but wet wipes are not flushable and they are not toilet paper
@Andapanda43213 жыл бұрын
I want to think it was during the Sochi(sp?) Olympics that there was a newscast about how, at least in some althetes dorms, they were told to not flush toilet paper and told to dispose of TP in a waste basket next to to toilet. It may have been because of poor plumbing in the building. I have heard of other countries, Asian island I believe, that you are not to flush TP. Then again, bidets are very popular in a lot of other countries as well. Also, I agree about the wipes being a HUGE problem with plumbing from the toilet to the waste water treatment plant.

Cleaning can be so relaxing. A few weeks ago I was really stressed out and when my father revealed that he had used oil (oil!) on the computer's fans so they would 'work better' I lost it. I opened the pc's cabinet and there was so. much. dust! It was absurdly dirty, with pieces of dust and balls of furry dirt. I had to use a mask to work. Unscrewed everything, unplugged all cables, removed all components and went over them with a hair dryer to get the gross part out first, then a toothbrush where the electric components weren't visible and finished with a kabuki/makeup brush. Took me hours but by the end it was so clean that I was no longer stressed. I was super tired, but not stressed anymore. There's just something about cleansing other stuff that really calms you.

That, and he sprayed contact cleaner *all over* the motherboard, RAM, and graphics card just for good measure. I mean, sure, sometimes it's the thought that counts, but yikes! Nothing more relaxing than having iced coffee while watching things get cleaned. Now I really want a pressure washer...

Lol, while at school I was cleaning one of our paint pallets at school and when I showed our head of department who was in the room also cleaning she went "wow, OH WOW!" She was so surprised I managed to get the palette anti-white again. And cleaning it was so satisfying. TLDR: I cleaned a palette and my head of department was shocked. P.s sorry for the monologue.

OMG soooo satisfying, but why didn't they guys at the start that were cleaning the washing machine drum clean it outside instead of their clean bathroom. The walls were filled with gunk afterwards

It is probably in Japan or China. They actually make the whole bathroom waterproof and have a drain in the floor. They can spray down the walls, toilets and bath afterword. It is actually a very practical design.

A washing run through a full cycle with 1/2 a cup of anhydrous citric acid will clean the exterior of the bowl. Pressure washing a deck can open the grain of the wood, and allow fungus in, use a hand sprayer with a moss mould and strain remover. Use an oil based stain to protect it.

As a new home owner I just started to realize how much pretty everything needs maintenance. From your washing machine and dishwasher to your AC unit and dryer vent, everything needs to be cleaned once in a while and more often than people think. Hell I have colleagues who didn't think an espresso machine needed maintenance 😂 just like a car needs cleaning and oil changes, everything else needs some renewing from time to time. Take care of your stuff and it'll last longer and you'll save time, money and headaches.
