I absolutely love fall! I hate the humidity and love cardigans and cozy weather and all things fall. This too has been an exceptionally hard summer too so im just over this season of life. Im ready for school to start and a routine again. Hope yoir migraine gets better!

Definitely ordering the sniff stick!! A couple years ago I started getting migraines that start off as an ocular migraine that happen every few months now, just had it Friday. I used to never get migraines!!! Waiting on my bath and body haul of pumpkin pecan waffle everything and marshmallow fireside. Pumpkin bonfire. Wallflowers to candles. I tried some of the new scents too. I spent 200$ on everything I got 10$ off candles and 4.95$ on my body sprays all fall scents. My happy scents. I too have shifted to pumpkin spice some already too. And added a few fall decor to the house. I love my fall clothes scents. And fall Decor. ❤

I’m unsure if you have an Aldi by you but they have a brand called Simply Nature and they have their own tomato sauce. It’s organic, fraction of the cost of Rao’s, and no added sugar! They also sell Rao’s at my Aldi but it’s still over $6 a jar. Also, I read Verity this weekend per your recommendation-whoa!! So intense and creepy! Very engaging I also flew right through it!

My periods are SO different since I’ve given birth to my 2nd. I get painful ovulation now, along with nausea and severe headaches. I used to always get my period like clockwork, now it’s late, early, almost never on time. 🥴 So I also don’t believe it’s something you have eaten. Our bodies change so much not only as we age, but during and after each pregnancy too. Hang in there.

Get a rechargeable frother! So much better than the battery ones. The batteries never last long. One of my biggest homeowner regrets was paying a company to paint. It was expensive and they didn’t do any better than I could. Since then I’ve repainted all of those same rooms myself because I was unhappy with the original colors I chose. I know DIY isn’t for everyone though.

For my migraines I take a shot of pickle juice and then I take magnesium and potassium. Usually, my headache is gone in 30 mins. Id say 90% of the time this combo works for me. Caffeine is a trigger for me but I’m not giving up my daily coffee lol it also helps when someone can massage my neck and head. I take a hot shower then finish it off with cold water over my head as long as I can tolerate it. Migraines SUCKKK.

I swear the brain farts (as you mentioned in the bloopers) are from the pituitary tumour (mine is tiny but has effects), I seem to have them a lot more especially when I am on set for really long days and am tired and my mind is racing with a list of what to do next! So I can't imagine what it would be like with a baby to run around after also.

you have the seat belt in the lower position, raise it up, the closer the neck it sits the safer it is, if you have it too low then the risk is that it slides off your shoulder during an accident, and then it can hurt you instead

Take your glasses off your head and and the very second you feel a migraine come on take 2 excedrin and your Riziptan. The caffeine in the excedrin will help that crash feeling from the Riziptan and make sure you are taking Magnesium and B2!!!
