Whenever I get those bumps in my shirt from the hanger, all you need its a couple of sprays of downy anti wrinkle spray. Spray it on just those bumps, put the shirt on while those spots are still wet, and smooth the fabric over your shoulders. Let it dry and good to go!

I don’t know how many times I can say this…the swelling is NOT the sodium!! It’s LACK of good sodium!! You need SO much salt when pregnant. You are setting yourself up for preeclampsia girl. Im trying to help you. You need pure Whole Foods and LOTS of protein and good salt! That will keep you from swelling and preeclampsia. Sea salt or Celtic salt! Add it to all of your water and take a salt shot in the morning! Doctors are not up to date educated on this…and they purposely set women up for failure!!! Dr Brewer , cant say if enough! I learned all of this from my certified midwife who has delivered 100s of baby’s for 15 years, only 1% of those were emergency transfers to the hospital…because she helped women know what they actually need to consume !! Not the myths that doctors say. Sodium is a HUGE need in pregnancy and you cannot get enough. Added sugar is 100000X worse than sodium . Stick to honey or maple syrup for sweeteners. Maple syrup is an electrolyte as well. Sodium helps keep your placenta adequately supplied with blood, enabling it to pump nutrients to your developing baby. The salt you shake on your food is just one source of the sodium you need. There is also a good amount in most high-protein foods, such as milk, meats, and seafood, and in some vegetables.
