1/2 cup milk of your choice ( I used Unsweetened Almond Milk)
1/4 cup Yogurt ( I used Unsweetened Vanilla by Silk)
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Maple Syrup or honey
1 tsp Cinnamon
Add toppings, ex- banana, fruit, chocolate chips, peanut butter, etc.
Mix together and store in refrigerator.

One of my sisters did IVF. She had 4 successful embryos and ended up doing two sets of twins. While the sets are 2 years apart, they all technically had the same "start date", just the last set was on ice for a while before they joined us, earthside! We always joke about how the twin pairings could've been so different based on which ones were selected to go first! Science is so cool!

Yayyyyyyyyy for fertilized eggies! We are preparing for our first frozen transfer. It is hard to articulate how it feels to have those embabies and then lose them. It's just the hardest thing to put those feelings into words. I get it. Praying that we both have successful pregnancies soon! Our little pumpkins!

Love your hair! 😍 so excited for you! I'm on day 5, my menopur had to go up to 150, got my scan tomorrow hopefully it's done the job. I do have pcos so high risk of OHSS hence why I started on on 112.5. The lining has thickened but my egg follicles are small still but they told me it was normal in pcos as they are stubborn to start with and they my dose will probably go up which obviously it has. So nervous because I have 58 cysts on my ovaries and only had a miscarriage on my birthday back in June praying for a miracle! Haven't told my family, sounds bad but I don't like fuss and the fact I'm scared of the outcome as its taken 5 years to get to this stage! Your videos are really helping! I can't wait to hear the rest of your journey! Always stay positive girl! 🧡

You need to go to Dollar tree and get placemats. You put them on your fridge shelves. If something spills you just take out the placement and clean it! No longer do you have to take out the whole shelf! I also have some small bins for like salad dressings and condiments!

Yes, get everything done now because you will have to slow way down once the embryos are transplanted. I was given a list of things to avoid after the transplant including no hair coloring, no long distance traveling, etc. Of course my transplant was 20 years ago so recommendations may have changed since they. I was told it’s a different type of pregnancy because your body knows it didn’t make it and tries to fight it. Do you know how many they will implant? Good luck 🍀
