Minimizing my dairy intake didn't really do anything, once I cut it out 100% I saw results. I've been dairy free for a year now, and it's been amazing. Here’s a tip I learned from an esthetician that I saw a huge difference right away. When you wash your face using your hands, wash your face for 60 seconds so that the cleanser has time to break down all of the makeup, residue, and dirt off of your skin. It made my skin feel so much better and looked so much better too. Also, do you use any facial oils? They are SO good for your skin (yes even if you have oily skin! Just not coconut oil)

Aloe is very natural and easy moisturizer on your skin ! My skin is very prone to acne and is very sensitive but I put aloe on my face everyday and I never had an issue with it ! All those other moisturizers have a lot of added chemicals in it . Aloe also reduces dark spots as well!

I have been loving all the vlogs! I use the witch hazel everyday after my cleanser cause I have really oily skin and let me tell you, it’s amazing!! I also use “biore charcoal cleanser” and it works so well for my acne oily skin. I also suffer from Rosacea because my skin is so sensitive and let me tell you, those 2 products work so well for me!!
