Netherite Beacon: No aggressive mob spawns in range. Always wanted that and its hard enough to get to not be OP. If you have that much Netherite that you can make a beacon youre in the Endgame.

Nah, mine diamond early, enter nether early, and mine up the netherite. There is no progression in the game lol. Can go to The End just after starting a new world lol. So in theory, if one has no life, they can grind to get said beacon at the beginning of the game. I agree with your idea, but I had to point that out lol

@@its_aeyo I have a feeling Mumbo will eventually like the change, as it'll make debugging his contraptions easier. He might even start using glass a lot more, in his redstone testing world. With redstone signals visible from below the glass, it'll be easier to see what's happening to the signals deep inside his machines. I wish there was a more durable clear block. I'd love to be able to build mostly transparent machines, without having to worry they'd shatter if I sneezed on them. I wonder if any modpacks have some kind of polycarbonate block.

Beacons should be overhauled. The more "energy" or something it has, the better/more benefits you can get. The "energy" comes from the base blocks, Iron Blocks giving the least, Gold blocks a bit more, Diamond Blocks even more, and Netherite Blocks the most. The total energy would be calculated with all of them together (so some iron blocks+some netherite blocks is maybe as good as just diamond blocks)

I actually like the emount of ghasts that spawn in the soul sand valley. It's more of a challenge to wander around there. As long as you keep running you'll be fine. Or you need to use fire resistance and get blast protection armor.

The idea for netherite being used for the beacon is good, ive thought of some ideas for it like when the beacon is active it very slowly turns the blocks into nether blocks like infecting the world and would change the biome when its large enough the other idea i had was that when the beacon was active it would either attract or make mobs avoid at a certain radius and would also spawn some nether mobs

Beacon effect could be lava protection giving all the abilities of the conduct but in lava, As well I think blue fire should not destroy items because of it being made with soul sand and it harms player more because it burns their souls.

This wass my Feedback: Hello! I have some cool feedback That I would like to see implemented (These are just ideas, Sorry if it offends the original process of Minecraft)But this is mostly for the nether 1) Make beds usable in the nether 2) add villages to the nether 3) Make a sustainable food source for the nether. 4) Make nether portals automatically link up to where they were placed. It's quite annoying to make sure the coordinates are accurate bc I play a lot in servers and we have a very intricate portal system. I just want to be able to sustain a really good life in the nether bc I think It'll be great for servers and big realms!

Their are still features that are missing in this update that I would love to see For example: 1. A Bark variant of the nether wart logs. 2. Warped Mooshroom, and Crimson Mooshroom 3. A mushroom stew that can only be made by combining Warped and Crimson mushrooms. 4. Blue Lava and Blue glo-stone that spawns in the nether war forest, this includes Blue netherbrick.

Mojang confirmed that the Nether fortress can be found in every biome in the nether, so in the SoulSand valley the nether for will look the same, but instead be made if Blue nether brick. Also Ghast will shoot blue fire balls in this biome as well.

been loving the nether update so far, cant wait for the next snapshot to see the next step, like the hoglin AI and the piglins being added to the game. here are a few various thoughts i had on mainly stuff related to netherite: kinda wish there was no chance for the ancient debris to generate above its normal super low Y value. cause i like the idea that you HAVE TO dive below the lava or risk mining below the lava oceans. because it makes it extremely dangerous because you don't have water in the nether. it essentially means you may need to brew fire resistance potions to protect yourself to be able to safely mine for this stuff at all, adding an extra step to its difficulty. i mean, you already sort of need to brew fire resist potions for the nether if you want extra safety, but its was never completely necessary. though with it able to spawn when lava is around it as well as netherrack would mean one of the more effective was to find some is by swiming threw the lava. because then you can spot it instead of strip mining, like how exploring caves can help with finding ores in the overworld. but still. maybe if the debris is rare enough above the low Y value, making it so someone would have to do expansive mining projects in the nether to be able to find enough to upgrade a set of armor and/or tools, i'd be more ok with it. since that's still a lot of work. i couldn't quite tell exactly HOW rare it was above the normal Y value so this might already be the case. meaning you either need to mine the nether a crazy amount to find any, or you need to risk diving and mining below the lava. i like the idea of using the smithy table to make the netherite items. though it would still need another purpose beyond that, something that is a more general purpose, but i can't think of any still. one idea i had was boats that can go threw lava made by the stem and maybe some iron or obsidian as well. it seems kinda obvious with how it is essentially wood that doesn't burn and all. iron or obsidian also being involved in the recipe essentially can be for the idea of it being a "reinforced boat" and sliiiiggghtllly more expensive to craft. making a lava boat a thing makes some sense now, with the whole ancient debris being more common below the main lava sea levels. do the various armor enchantments that make water movement and such easier work in lava as well? cause if they don't that makes diving for the ancient debris far more of a pain, and this could possibly be a reason to make it so those armor enchantments are used more. if they make netherite powered beacons a thing, it should do an extra effect of some kind unique to it that is on top of the normal beacon effects. it fits with how the netherite already works for tools and armor. it can and probably should be something super OP if they wish, since well.... it's netherite. you'd need to mine 324 ancient debris to get 9 netherite blocks, the minimum for a beacon. thats already sorta ridiculous let alone the 5,904 ancient debris you'd need to mine for one full 4 tier netherite beacon. thats' over 90 stacks of debris. Netherite beacons should be completely ridiculous to make, but give something amazing. pretty sure the ridiculous requirement to get them is why they didn't make the block work with beacons. but i REALLY think it should! but it does need to do something AMAZING or else its completely impractical to go that far. nertherite/ancient debris, similar to diamonds, should be a non farm-able resource. its something you need to go out and find. not dropped by anything, not gained threw trade with piglins or villagers. no shortcuts, you got to go mining, smelting, and crafting to get this stuff. its ridiculous to go and find, to the point of maybe being impractical, and i love that. it is endgame/postgame super resource and it should stay that way.

It's a whale like creature that lives in the oceans of the nether. It would be quite friendly unless you attack it but as long as you don't you would be able to ride on their back.

i tried a nether buffet surface survival world (1.15) and didn't quite make it to the actual nether, but i was able to get shelter from all the ghasts. its also funny because at night not so much ghasts are spawning but a lot of zombie pigmen instead so its very peaceful at night, the opposite of the overworld

from what I remember the fix for textures for some of the new slabs should be pretty much functional. I also uploaded fixes for some missing full face issues about a year ago, but those fixes are outdated and need updating. I also had fixed the sandstone wall issue, although with the wall changes in the latest snapshot I knight need to redo some of them. I personally think the requirement of the use of the smithing table for Netherite armour is a great idea, and it should affect all other Netherite tools too. And maybe it would be cool if you needed the blast furnace to smelt the ingots as well?

Before beds were implemented, Notch wanted a way for the player to set their spawn, and the original idea for this was a black block with blue speckles in it. I don't know if the name Crying Obsidian was the official name or just what the fanbase called it. But a lot of people think it would be cool to bring this idea back and use it as the way to set your spawn in the Nether.
