its not 1.22 its drop update. now we have 1.21.1 next drop will be with bundles and it will be 1.21.2 and then will release this drop update with Pale garden and it will be 1.21.3. Mojang still will make bigger updates which will transform 1.21 into 1.22 and then in 1.23 but drops will add 0.0.1 to update (1.21.1 then drop make 1.21.2 and so)

When I heard about pale garden I tought about a forsest with tall skinny gray trees with fog and a mob who would deal 1/3 hp damage and teleport + boars and agressive wolves

From what they have shown, It looks like just a pointless biome that you are going to visit only to see the new mob and get bored of it after 20 minutes. I really don't like this safe approach to the game they are taking, we need another thing like the Nether update or Village and pillage. There are so many things to improve in the game, and adding a pointless biome doesn't solve anything.
