I love that you just left the timelapse as it is, no panning out camera shots following the minecraft player, no intense music to keep people's attention. Just calming sounds. What made minecraft great is that you didn't have to make everything perfect, you didn't have to min/max everything. And these videos bring that back.

Something about beta minecraft conveys extremely comfy vibes. I'd encourage anyone on the fence about playing this challenge or 1.7.3 in general to grab an install of MultiMC and to just do it. Everything is slowed way down and there's not as much pressure to play efficiently since the beta versions are much less "solved" than the current versions of the game. It's given me a general appreciation for MC as a whole because it forces you to play at its pace and has actually made it more fun for me to go back to 1.20 and just build & vibe rather than speed run from one farm to another. You get back that appreciation for the world and your journey in it when playing at that "beta pace" and it's totally worth the time.
