Minecraft | All Glide Minigame Maps in Java and Bedrock (From Minecraft Console Edition)

Converted maps by me with help from people at MC4f's Discord Server, specifically MC4f themself and jakeknisely, using MCC Tool Chest by Cynodont. Credits to Mojang or(?) 4J Studios for the maps themselves, couldn't let them go to waste.
ISSUES:
- In Creative or Survival mode, the Celts and Shrunk maps will have limited firework usage, due to the large amount of structure voids used interfering with it. This does not happen in Adventure mode.
- Special blocks, such as checkpoints, boosters, and smoke streams, have not been ported. No way for me to port this without a mod (which i'm never doing loI)

I also ported the map to Bedrock Edition, however the teleport hub does not work. This version hasn't been thoroughly tested either. All of the track coordinates are in the same place as the Java edition port. If you experience further issues with this, I recommend downloading the Java Edition version of the map and converting it to Bedrock yourself (through something like chunker.app)

UPDATE: New update for the map released, fixing the flowing water in the Celts and Shrunk maps, as well as (possibly) fixing an issue with significant portions of the map being corrupted for certain players.

@jonaykon I assume you mean the Bedrock version, and I'll get to trying to fix that but in the mean time you can download the Java version and convert it to bedrock with any selection of various world conversion tools, like chunker.app

Sad that most people forget these gems. They are way more fun that anything java server are offering and custom maps that use firework rockets don't feel right due to how 0 to 100 back to 0 (when you do any turn) they feel.

I was just thinking about Legacy Console Edition -- glad to see 4J's awesome work restored! By the way, you could totally add in checkpoints, boosters, etc. without any mods. Datapacks and resource packs are very powerful nowadays!

iirc the smoke streams push you up in the air, so maybe you could do /setblock to add bubble columns in their place

wouldn't work. in order for bubble columns you'd need water, which (on bedrock edition) wont allow you to elytra fly through without breaking your glide.

every map besides lobby, celts, icarus, temple and cavern are all completely and utterly erased on bedrock while some of the maps are badly damaged (some parts remain but over 50% of the map is gone) and canyon has the most stuff out of all the damaged maps everything works fine and i just needed to add command blocks to tp you to the maps since the signs dont work what would cause all the chunks deleting?? and is the java version perfectly fine? and the water in celts updates and floods the entire area until it cant anymore do you have a solution for that other than placing barriers and painfully removing all the water?

Sorry, I'm not sure what could have caused all of these issues. I'm a Java player and I do most of my bug fixing on that version and just ported the map to Bedrock using chunker.app/. The Java version should be perfectly fine

I have downloaded the bedrock port there is still the issue where alot of chunks are missing i've only seen it in the body map but i suspect it to have happened on other maps. PLS respond to this comment.

sorry i don't really know much about how bedrock map porting works, i'm much more familiar with java. you could try downloading the java map and attempting to port that with something like chunker.app yourself

if you were having issues with the bedrock version of the map, i updated the link in the description! if you still have issues with the new one, i recommend downloading the java version of the map and converting it yourself using a tool like chunker.app

i put the raw map data into mcc tool chest. i do not know how to get the raw map data on wii u edition, never dealt with it, sorry the people at mc4f's server (linked in the description) might be more experienced with this sort of thing!
