These are the best oversimplified Trash cans for minecraft I’ve ever seen. When I first saw the thumbnail I was like oh so this is probably gonna be a hidden dispenser hooked up to a cactus, but no. You create a HIDING CHEST going INTO THE FLOOR to get rid of the items. Love your work ❤️

Fun fact: If you use trapped chest and open it, the hopper under chest blocks until the trapped chest closed, so you can do easy trash can that works automatically until you close the trapped chest. P.S. "Throwing away your cave noises into the dropper". Dude, you made me a day. Keep that content on! P.P.S.: I have an idea. What if you place lava or cactus where the dropper drops an item? It destroys the item dropped in it, but cactus destroys even the netherite.

@@StarNanny Heh. Ok, a simpler explanation then. In electronics, a latch is a circuit that gives a continuous output (either off or on) when given a pulse. An RS (or SR, depending on preference) latch has two inputs, one for Setting and one for Resetting. The NOR bit is just about what logic gates are used to construct it. So essentially: you send a pulse to the S(et) input, and you get a continuously on output. You then send a pulse to the R(eset) input, and the output turns off.

How do you made your brain absorb all of the moving parts when making a redstone contraption in order to keep on adding parts and knowing what your doing... I try doing stuff like this and I can’t wrap my brain around all these things happening!!!

Take it really slowly. Break the build down to its simplest form, write it down if you need to. What happens and in what order? :)
