You asked for some mod recommendations, here is a couple I use with SRP. I use Level Up! Reloaded. Spending Exp levels you'll never use on enchanting for stuff like Iron Skin for defense (making Endermen not 1-shot you) is a great benefit. Spartan Weaponry, it gives you access to Lances, Spears, and other weapons with reach which helps with fighting Parasites since they tend to have unfair attack ranges. Enhanced Armaments lets you level up your weapons/armor to be more effective which helps deal with how unfair Parasites get later on and lets you delay your death against Endermen. ProjectE is one I half recommend, not to use all the features but simply to get "Dark Matter Armor" which is Diamond Armor that won't break. This is mainly to get around Parasites which can I think 1-2 shot armor. I do reccomend taking off whatever pitch black darkness mod you have OR the one which requires manual torch lighting. These combined make it impossible to realistically mine and makes certain parasites simply impossible to fight or in the case of Beckons find. Reeker's for example can 1-shot the player after a short charge animation... Also don't add any mods which and new entities. They can all get CotH and become parasites. Adding more wildlife or monsters just means the parasites snowball and get stronger faster. Even Weeping Angels are parasite fodder. As for tips... Ranged weapons are the best. Building bows and arrows is key. Water bases, like you have, are great since they limit the number of parasites that can spawn and limit infection rates. If you build out into the middle of the ocean you will be able to be safe at home at night if you light the bridge. Or just use a boat. Parasites float. Getting to the Nether sooner lets you get Magma Blocks and Netherrack. A lot of stronger parasites are big. You can safely walk around these while Parasites who are weak to fire burn. You don't need diamond to get these either if you use buckets to make the nether portal. Sleeping is bad, it makes the parasites get to their next phase where stronger ones spawn faster. Only sleep if there is darkness where mobs can spawn. Light up your area around base to help deal with this. Kill every mob you see. Sheep, Cows, Pigs, even Villagers can get CotH and become parasites. Each time they get CotH Parasites get points and get stronger. The same applies for all hostile mobs. Do not let any survive. I believe only Iron Golems and Slimes can't get CotH. For your base having walls is important, here is an example: ||| Farming Area ||| Bed | Supply Room | Crafting Room | Safe Zone | Gap 1 | Gap 2 | The rest of the world Gap 2 is where you'll likely lead parasites into while trying to escape. Gap 1 is where you can safely clear Gap 2. Safe Zone is another fall back. Crafting room is in case you need to make supplies and another fall back. Supply room for pre-built supplies for when you respawn. Bed is to keep your spawn safe. The Farming area has 3 walls so the only way you can spread CotH and lose the Chickens (For arrows/food) is if you walk in with CotH. I want to stress these are all from my personal experience and some if used right Ocean basing and ProjectE abuse will remove parasites from the game.

@@___________________________-.- Mobs get brief immunity frames when the fire ticks. This applies to the faster more aggressive parasites as well. Lighting them on fire is more dangerous to you. As for water I did forget the swimming boost from mods but knockback is your friend. It tends to keep you alive longer which is normally a plus and lets you trade hits better against the faster ones.

Honestly, seems like the tower is doomed, staying in a rundown village on land was probably not the best plan to begin with but it’s gotten bad now, the parasites have out-evolved you. I’d recommend grabbing materials for reconstruction, specifically cobble, dirt, buckets, lava, saplings and head out to sea, find the deepest point in the ocean you can, make a skybase, and prepare for flying parasites like the yellow eyes. Also get guns, guns are balanced in this

I suggest finding a remote island, making a base- Rooms are 2 blocks high, floors are slabs, ceilings are slabs, that or carpeting. Many rooms stacked on top of eachother, which would help with keep the Assimilated Endermen from being able to teleport into the rooms (since they’re too tall) and keep anything at all from spawning in the base. Make the base out of the strongest material you can find, as well as trapping the outside with magma blocks. A quick way of lighting up your landscape is going into the nether, gathering stacks of nether rack and lighting it with flint n steel all over the place. Not pretty, but efficient.

The episode started in a such cute way...but ended in such sadness ;-; The parasites are really OP, I would NOT have fun playing this mod hahaha I was excited to see you guys fighting the parasites but now I just sadly say: get out of that tower base. It's lost! On higher levels, the parasites just go and explode your blocks, (like their way of mining). I think they can't destroy obsidian, but there are a "cheaper" block to use so you can survive them, I'm pretty sure. Also don't feel bad for cheating. Parasites don't give much choice to the players anyway. I know some guys from a different channel that disabled the Enderman Parasite so... 😅 Also, the chaotic energy from this episode was super high! Naasic deep voice, the mobs on top of eachother, you two talking in different languages. I loved it all! That sneaky creeper synchronized with the cave sound and the memes! 😂😂 Things are gonna get very hard from now on! Wish you two luck! Sorry for not having more tips. (And sorry about the enormous comment, is a problem of mine hahaha) A question: you gonna continue the skyblock series? I really like that videos :3 So that's it! you should probably disable assimilated endermen's ability to tp other parasites (don't remember how but i'm pretty sure it's a thing), assimilated endermen are already stupidly powerful without that ability on top of the other ones they already have. i would also suggest getting some more mods that add more types of armor and tools to the game, vanilla tools and armor, even with maxed out enchantments, is nowhere near enough to survive the later phases

Personnally, I like to have HBM's Nuclear Tech Mod, but I think getting the stuff needed to well... nuke shit takes a lot longer than the time you usually have before getting overrun. But hey, it's fun to have anyways. Good armor, too. Also, I've heard some recommendations to just disable the enderman, which I agree with. They are painfully powerful, even with some modded gear I've seen people get destroyed. Maybe you could get a gun mod or somethin, like the Modern Warfare mod. Adds a bunch of guns, which all just require a good bit of steel. It is, indeed, a difficult fight. However, culling everything around in the first couple of days greatly improves your chances, as it slows the infection. Maybe you might just want to base in a desert. Next up, listen out for stray lightning and bells. Something has spawned or formed nearby, and should be taken out. The later-game stuff from HBM is good at taking out what comes from bells, by the by. Also, once you start piling on mods, get NEI/JEI. It is your bible when it comes to playing modded. HBM pretty much REQUIRES NEI due to the crafting complexity and lack of a detailed wiki. Craft lures from drops of the stronger infected, this is the only way to decrease your phase. Check caves below you if you hear bells. If you haven't secured a base with sturdy blocks (with a hardness of 3 or such, think stone bricks or obsidian on the extreme side.) by phase 3, might want to consider fast tracking it or lowering your expectations of living.

If you want a better time, you can enter the config file for SRP and disable either the assimilated enderman itself or make it unable to teleport itself or other mobs. You could also move to the nether, as it automatically has -50 points, meaning absolutely NO parasites will spawn until a parasite enters the nether. A good addon to install would be SRP Overlast (just search Overlast), which allows you to see your sanity and current amount of points in a dimension. hope my random comment three days late helps!

I can only suggest mod of GUN. Shoot BIG bullet into FILTHY paraSITE. Tech Guns are good but can spawn very dangerous mobs, that can drop the guns. Or you could make them, which is recommended. The problem is that I don't know if you could pull that mod off due to the parasites already being goobs. Have fun.

Honestly don't be afraid to cheat your progression if it's causing you to be put in death loops. That doesn't make for good content anyways. Not too familiar with most of the mods here since they're meant for the older versions of Minecraft, but I believe there is a setting in-game that allows you to adjust the damage and health that mobs have. I swear mod creators don't know anything about the word "balancing". If you don't want to do any of that for whatever reason, the Aether is your best shot at finding vanilla/modded gear. There shouldn't be any parasites roaming up there and is slightly more tame when it comes to the "balanced" difficulty.

you're dead, you're all so dead. By this point you're gonna keep dying, when I played with my friends there was no coming back from this point. And then everything started evolving really quickly and there were 30+ horrid creatures at our spawn that kept getting food every time we died and died and died. That was a fun day though, played on a soviet kinda city map, that had zombie spawners which probably sped up the infection. That assimilated enderman is the worst. Also the thing with skeleton heads growing in your home, you need to kill it and remove the gunk from under it or it will spread and spawn more infected.

I recommend nerfing the endermen with the config and maybe rupters those two are the biggest balance issue with the parasite mod, enderman being complete BS and the rupter dealing way to much damage with its mobility to be the "lowest" level parasite
