Today I'm playing Minecraft but if I say the word cave or dwell, a cave dweller will spawn behind me. Others dwellers enabled are "the one who watches", "the starved stalker", "the midnight lurker", "the man from the fog", and the Herobrine mod "from the fog".

You should do the Scape and Run: Parasites mod, but if you say the name of one of the parasites it spawns. It's on kind of an old version, but you'll definitely get a kick out of it. It'll be even more funny if you go into it blind and just go through the Creative inventory and write down all of the parasite spawn eggs without seeing what they are first.

You used an old version of the One Who Watches. In newer versions they spawn much less commonly. Them spawning extremely commonly is a glitch. You also used an older version of the Starving Stalker, in newer versions the goofy ahh chase music is removed. Also, if you ever do this again, if you see the One, even if they’re not moving, R U N. They randomly go invisible, during which they’ll charge at you until they become visible or when they get to you and start a chase.

What’s the difference between dweller, one who watches, starved, night lurker, and fog?

The Cave Dweller will (naturally) spawn in the caves (obviously). When spotted, it will either run away out of sight, stare at the player and disappear when the player looks away, or immediately chase the player. When chasing, it will crouch or crawl to fit in two or one block high spaces. The One Who Watches can spawn anywhere, or at least in the version Kohl is playing. In newer versions, it will only spawn on the surface at night or in the caves. It will mostly stare at the player, but will randomly temporarily go invisible and charge at the player until they become visible again or when they get close enough to the player to start a chase. They are invulnerable to damage. In newer versions, they can break through leaves, strip the bark off trees to signify its presence, hit players that are 3 blocks above them, and create hallucinations during the day that’ll jumpscare the player and give them weakness and mining fatigue. The Starving Stalker can spawn on the surface at night, in caves, and in the Nether (I think). They’ll slowly walk up to the player, and when close enough they’ll chase them, during which they can climb up walls. If killed, they’ll drop a tooth, which can be used to craft a stupidly overpowered weapon. The Midnight Lurker can spawn on the surface at night or in caves. Usually they’ll stare at the player, though sometimes they can slowly walk towards the player when spawning. The player can make them go away walking up to them while looking them. If the player gets too close to them while not looking at them, they’ll start chasing them. They are invulnerable to damage. The Man From the Fog will spawn on the surface at night. They’ll stare at the player, and if the player walks up to them while not looking at them, the Man will disappear with a flash of lightning. If the player looks at the Man, lighting will strike the Man, the player will temporarily get the darkness effect, and a chase will begin. When chasing, the Man will crawl on all fours, fitting through 2 or 1 block high spaces. If the Man cannot reach the player, they’ll strike the player with lightning. When killed, they’ll drop a “Tear of the Man”, which when held, it’ll give the player speed and night vision.
