The way you described the omen as "a bossfight" is actually exactly how i designed him! His "chase" phase is supposed to function as a chase but if the player decides to gear up with some of the special gear the mod adds, golden apples etc. They can choose to fight him and he even has special attacks he only does when hurt to make the fight more interesting. (im also thinking of adding a desperation phase when hes below 200 health) Also theres a bug right now where the despawn timer for some of his events didnt reset when the player logs our or in so hes unable to spawn since only one can exist and that will be fixed next update! (also theres a second entity in the mod now)

Personaly when the slumbering omen came out i thought it wasnt scary and it was just a lot of improvisation, but then i changed my mind when it got an update becouse it was unique and unlike anything we ever saw with the dweller concept

I think the Man is much better when he spawns more rarely, so you're always anxious about when exactly you'll encounter him. And then hearing the whistle for the first time in a while when you're nowhere near your home is just, perfect.

The wendigo got an update, where it breaks blocks even your house. Could look into that. We need different dwellers like flying ones, or swimming ones or even one that just is creepy and invincible but doesn't 1 shot or even damages you. Imagine mining and it just breaths down your neck and follows you, or is there next to your bed while you sleep😮 Just scary but not dangerous.

The man from the fog is a first actual dweller he came right after the og cave dweller but unlike him he was way stronger, better ai, better textures and overall just more scary and with that i think he deserves to get to the goated tier. And he is also the most popular dweller with the most downloads.

Loved the video @Kihec! Can't wait for the next video man! I think these Ratings are pretty fair, but I legit get scared by the Evolved Cave Dweller, Nightmare.Jar, The Goatman, The Wendigo, Creation and Slumbering Omen the Most. The Fever Dream has a Really Cool Mob Drop called the Lag Spike, which you can surround with 4 Kontron Ingots in a Diamond Shape with the Lag Spike in the Middle of the Crafting Table to craft the Kontron Lag Spike. This takes the Attack Damage from the Lag Spike from it's base of 13 up to around 20, I think. If you want Something that'll really Scare you just as much, as Flame and Swayle for the Origin and the Dweller King. The Origin is basically what the Cave Dweller Started out as Before it became the Cave Dweller. It can Climb Walls, it runs really fast and it can even Leap up towards higher Levels in order to get you. The Dweller King is a Massive 3-Headed version of the Cave Dweller, but it can also Mine Blocks like the Slumbering Omen. Every now and then you'll hear it Speak the Following..... "The Beast.... is Hungry..... Walk with us." Imagine that man, a Dweller that can Actually Speak! How Scary is that? Let me know what you think about this and I'll catch you in your next video man!

i think there should be a dweller that uses hit and run tactics. say your running through the woods at night while the dweller stalks you if you spot it it runs but if you dont it sneaks up hits you once and runs away.

I would personally agree with this tierlist. I really like how the goatman sounds, especially the scream. Man From The Fog is maybe a tier below close the game and above shit myself. Honestly, I would love to see some more beast/animal like dwellers instead of these lengthy humanoid ones. and one for the deep sea, so you cant just escape to the waters ;)

I wholeheartedly agree with this tier list apart from the goatman, sheerly because of the horrific sounds it makes (rarely in Minecraft do things actually sound scary (startling? Yes. Scary. No.). I would pay MONEY. to have the goatman in my world. My boyfriend and I have installed a BUNCH of mods to really spice things up for the game but it’s too sodding peaceful for me X’D. I just want some horrific nightmare-spawn lurking in the dark, making noises before running out and scaring the shiz outta me XD (I’m a Fabric user and practically ALL dwellers are Forge exclusive TTwTT)

Fun fact: In one of the updates, the creator of The Man From The Fog made it so that he can break down doors and glass panes. Not glass blocks, just glass panes, but it was still horrifying. And he also got updated so that he can crawl through 1-by-1 block gaps and spaces. Some scary shit right there.

With the newest man from the fog update, it actually switches between “look at it and it runs at you” and “look at it and it leaves”, the whistle sound effect acts as an audio cue to signal to you that it’s the “look at you and it leaves” version, and the other version is completely silent. Personally this makes me love the newest man from the fog, I think this concept of having to think about which version it is is really interesting and unique

And now the old Man From The Fog mod is gone, a new updated and heart attack version of him came out not too long ago. It's called The Main In White, it's basically him but just more freaky, newer sounds, able to climb up walls and break down glass, doors and other stuff

I feel like there should be more dweller mods that do like what the Herobrine mod, From the Fog does. Have an entity that just messes with you, instead of just outright going after you, something similar to the Goatman but without it attacking, it's only purpose is to keep you on edge, and more susceptable to other kinds of scares. Something that involves psycological horror instead of phyiscal horror. It'd also be nice to see more dweller mods with unique models, and not just slightly edited version of the Cave Dweller Reimagined.

their is a new mod coming out that could be seen as a cave dweller mod or not, it's called the man bear and has a complete focus on messing with you and is really scary, it can take a while for it to come out and attack you but it is passive for the most part and has a lot of cool scares in it from what we've seen on it.

I think you left out one more "dweller": it is Scream, who is usually near your original spawn, and not your spawnpoint, and has a high chance to appear if theres a forest nearby,ó. When you look at him, he hides behid trees, but you can see him since he is one of the biggest dwellers. He works like SCP-173, the guy who spawns on you when you dont look at him and snaps your neck.

Imo the slumbering omen deserves more attention than it had. It has what (again in my opinion) a lot of the dwellers are missing. A reason to interact with him. Why would you interact with lets say nightmare or goatman if it doesnt benefit you? You have many good reasons to interact with the omen. Oh yeah and the mod adds a new dimension with custom weapons armor and entites to discover. Anyways that was my little slumbering omen rant enjoy your day

starved stalker gets dead last on a scary tierlist but on a personal one he solos, favourite guy ever on a personal tier list ranking it be krampus second to last and wendigo dead last, then corpse and slumbering omen, creation would most likely get his own tier as a "just a cool guy", but the rest are all toss-ups. like starved tops but I can't decide on the rest of them.
