A Nether City should be a mixture of Floor, Hanging, and Floating Houses, connected together by Staircases like a Nether Fortress, guarded by Armored Skeletons, Enchanted Wither Skeletons, Piglin Brutes and Zoglins, and Ghasts. Loot should range from Ender Pearls in Warped Cities, Gold and Meats in Crimson Strongholds, Netherite in Basalt Vaults and Soul Sand Tombs, and Enchanted Gear and Potions in Nether Wastes

i think dev realised this later but he put on curse of binding chainmail and you would think "oh its not that bad you can break it off" but the thing is the chainmail had mending on it as well, so he couldn't ever take them off by making mobs try to break em
