If you want ancient debris you will have to go to level 13-17 in the never When you find the ancient debris mine it with a diamond pickaxe then smelt it in a funace to get a netherite scrap to turn that into an ingot you will put 3 netherite scrap on the top row of a crafting table and put an extra scrap in the middle left then a 2by2 square of gold ingots
