When you get a shell in the bowl, I suggest using the egg shell to get the egg shell out. I know that sounds stupid, but my grandma is a baker, and she uses that method and it works every time. Ok so I did some digging. 1 steak gets you 4 hungers and a cow drops 1-3 beefs without looting so an average of 2. A whole cow has roughly 430000 calories so one steak is around 215000 calories. 4 cake slices will also give you 4 hunger back. If 1 slice is 85000 calories 4 slices are 340000 calories. 215000 and 34000 are pretty close since both are rough estimates. Let's say that both are 280000 calories for convenience. This means that 4 hunger slots are 280000 calories so 1 is 70000 and all 10 are 700000 calories. When Steve sprits, his exhaustion level increases 0.1 per meter. When it reaches 4 or he has sprinted 40 meters he loses 1 hunger. This means that Steve burns 1750 calories per meter when running. This means that 1 mile run is 2.8 million calories burned for Steve while an average person burns only 100 calories per mile. This is astonishing.

My personal chocolate chip cookie recipe calls for sour cream, and everyone always has a reaction similar to Jordan's. The fat in the sour cream makes them sweet and moist! My cookies have that pull-apart, fresh-out-of-the-oven texture for DAYS thanks to sour cream.
