Awesome building style and great tutorials! Keep i up! You should try using a block of cobblestone wall in the middle of your pattern, between the two stairs you had to replace with stone brick blocks. I think it looks pretty good.

I could not finish the roof (playing minecraft PE) as most of it exceeds the altitude limit. Stuck between do I make it shorter or do I simply adopt a more nordic (or greek) design to it.

Your builds are amazing! But I have to say, there's not a lot of walking space along some parts of the crenelations. It's the same for some of your other builds, like the barracks. Like so Madnes64 can see.

Something to bare in mind if you are building this on 360 is the ceiling height! I have just spent 3 hours and just finishing the roof on the tower and hit the ceiling :( Cant finish roof so had to modify the tower.

Great castle tutorial. I have built the whole thing up to the wooden roof of the last tower on survival which has taken forever... The only part I didn't like about the video was when you named the building "Frank" and started skipping little parts expecting us to get it. On creative mode its no big deal but when Im standing on dirt blocks to get the creeper faces right that high in the air and I figure out that I messed up.. I just want to throw my mac out of the window.

btw u dont need to use stone brick block instead u can use slab and slab strip u cut with a diamond saw combine them to still get the effect on stair and it dont connect just to help anyone thats gunna make this in future and others if u done it already :)

madnes i have not particularly enjoyed this series because i don't think you should do a tutorial on a castle. i feel that every castle should be unique so can you plz do a more helpful tutorial which doesn't provide us copying your builds such as the forest one. because some of us who can build in your style or their own don't need these tutorials. noobs always spam the comments with tutorials on stupid things. so can i request a tutorial on how to make builds work with the landscape, cheers

Keep fire far, far, far away from your buildings, unless it's ENTIRELY enclosed in a STONE fireplace. I made that mistake once, but never again. It's such a pain in the ass to rebuild all of these structures since they're so detailed.

Barracks,archery range,WarCamp,engineer's hut,Carpenter,Stables,Farmside... If u could make some of these, my brother and i are making the city, we tako your desing's for: Walls,Towers,StreetLamps,Bridge,Watermill,Blacksmith etc. And we are 59% done. if you punch out the upside down stair you put an upside down stair on, the creeper face eyes will be bigger, and it looks like a normal creeper, instead of one with no eyes...

I really dislike the new stair mechanics. I wish the corner stairs were a separate block instead of an alteration to the placement. It screws a lot of builds up the way it is now.
