I would be a beekeeper. Honey was so valuable you could literally purchase nobility with the money you would make, as demonstrated on the many Coats of arms depicting honeybees, honeycomb, and beehives.

I learned how to build with your tutorials when I was a kid, and you taught me about form, structure, support, and connecting your builds with nature. I had a hard childhood and you gave me something to focus my energy to. I made so many beautiful bases for my friends and myself. My building skills were one of the few sources of confidence I had at the time and I have you to thank for that. When I turned 18 I had to move out to get away from an abusive family, and I had to put down minecraft and other things I enjoyed too. I have to keep fighting to survive, but my life is much better than back then. I hope that your time away from this game has served you well. I wonder. How is your life? Do you have a family of your own? A career? I remember reading somewhere that you were an architect now. I looked down that path when I first came to college. It's been 5 years since then. Now I'm going into education! So much has changed since I was that kid, hiding in my room watching your videos. I've grown so much. Pardon my rambles, if you see this I hope you're doing well. It would be nice to hear how you're doing sometime! ❤

Fun fact: the majority of medieval homes were just one room. Everything happened in that one room---the cooking, eating, sleeping, copulating. Everybody lived in that one room with you: wife, kids, grandparents... and livestock. If you were a little above average, you might have two rooms. The house described in this video could only belong to a wealthy merchant or professional.
