Should be, shulkercraft just steals designs from other smaller youtubers and then doesn't even credit them sometimes. They even get 10x the views compared to the original uploader. Your farms are insane! I'm always amazed at how smart yet "simple" they are. KZbin is full of incredibly efficient farms, but hard/tedious to build in survival, or, on the other hand, too simple designs which lack efficiency. I think the only compromise in his farms are lag friendliness. Clocks being active 24/7 and the amount of entities in the farms (in some designs the entitites collide). But for a design that can be used every once in a while, it's awesome

needed 1 soul speed 3 book and had bad luck doing the bartering RNG with random piglins. figured building this farm would take less time to build vs piglins giving me the book by chance. took me about 30 mins to build and 30 mins to afk for the piglins. and yeah, 14 shulker boxes filled in like 2 mins and I got 7 soul speed 3 books so probably set for the entire world lifespan now. Thanks Ian!

This is the sequel to Instant Shulker Farm that we all need! I'm amazed how well many of your farms have upgraded or completely obsoleted more well-known designs that I was using on my server: -This barter farm has turned literal hours of AFK time for redstone-automated bartering into minutes. -I originally had built a RaysWorks shulker farm, which is a great design; but your simplification of the Overworld portion increased its lifespan dramatically. -Your (non-stacking) raid farm with the captain catcher executes a compound process that used to take between 5 and 15 minutes, in 45 seconds, only sacrificing the Hero of the Village status effect (who cares with this many emeralds!). -While my prior guardian farm produced excessive quantities of drops for the time and materials invested, yours added XP acquisition with just a few more materials, making it the single most powerful XP farm on the entire map. With Spigot XP orb merging, my players can hit level 30 from almost zero in seconds. -I previously complimented your wither skeleton farm, but to reiterate, it has blown every other design out of the water by eliminating the need to spawn-proof the surrounding structure. Keep up the excellent work!!

For people struggling with placing the slab in between the piglins, you can press f3 and see the hitboxes of the piglins who aren't in place yet. You can kill them without angering them by placing down and picking up a lava bucket in quick succession. This should burn and kill them, it gave me 5 pumpkins back. It allowed me to place the slab however, so worth the trade.

I agree with the philosophy that the sorting system should be independent of the trading system: they do not need to operate at the same speed. For my world, I simply collect all the barter loots through a series of hopper minecarts into a series of "buffer chests", then have a single line of hopper sorter to slowly work on all the loot in the buffer chest. This is similar in philosophy to this video except I don't use the shulker boxes.

Works perfect in 1.20.4 also works perfect with his gold farm. Note: you do have to ignore the gate, bring one extra soul torch. When he places fence gate, place the soul torch there instead. Then place a the top slab the same as he does and a piston facing it and put the lever on the piston. When you make the portal to the overworld and reenter to the farm, press the lever. This pushed the top slab over the torch. I had about 3-4 piglins outside the 2 sides of the glass chambers, I killed them with my sword. Remove the piston and your back on track to follow the video. Works excellent.

QUICK TIP: If you don't have shulker boxes yet, you don't need to build the redstone contraption at the beginning because that just helps you sort the items you get from the piglins. You should build up to Y = 117, build a 3x8 room and then start building from 6:44. Then, after doing all of that, you just need to put chests behind you. From there it's up to you.
