You forgot to mention the best part: elytra texture packs. These are WAYYYY better than the ones on Java, as you can create entirely new and more 3D textures for the elytra on bedrock. This means you can turn the elytra in to a jet pack, buzz light year wings, etc

basically they are java is made in... well java and bedrock is made in C++ so technically they're 2 different games that look the same many differences between the versions are result of the fact that when creating bedrock they had to write the entire code of the game from the beginning, looking at what they saw in Java the second fact is that Java was and is just a PC game, while bedrock was created for consoles/mobile and just has a PC port

Another cool features 1.Vindicator and Evokers drops more emerald, means during raid and the difficulty is set to hard, you can get more emeralds, Pillagers has higher chance dropping there weapons, some of them can get good enchant on it. There is a chance you can get a Mending Book during raid and more op enchanted books, such as Sharpness, Looting(which is pretty rare), Efficiency and more 2.Hostile mobs are kinda harder than Java, because you know the Skeleton, right?, the annoying mobs, in Bedrock Skeletons and other hostile shooters have really really goo aim than Java, compare the skeleton in Java and in Bedrock, u will see Bedrock has better aim than Java 3.Some of those achievement in Bedrock are not achievable in Java

You missed another cool feature, in bedrock water colour is different depending upon the biome (eg: it is dark blue in deep oceans, light blue in warm oceans, greenish in swamp biome, reddish in nether, slightly purple in the end dimension etc) whereas in java water has only 2 colours, greenish in swamp and blue in all other biomes

....The potion on cauldron is a remnant of the scrapped early brewing system pre-1.9.
