So, the fake versions of the characters are endoskeletons that have been physically altered either by themselves, someone else, or Dylan, to be the heights of the actual characters they're supposed to be. They have been programmed with a somewhat accurate version of the personality of the people they're supposed to be. They were also given a perfect recreation of those individual's voices. The illusion disk that Dylan took from one of the Eros robots was used to give the endos (and the whole place) their fake appearances. The problem with the fakes is that they realized they were in an illusion too soon, this because they were too sentient. They have no other purpose, so some grew too clingy of the only one that wasn't in the same dying boat as them: Dylan. They were dependent on Dylan by design, and they knew that, so they tried to keep him in the illusion for as long as they could. That's how I'm capturing the "fakes" from the "illusion" ark rn.

That is terrifying to find out that those "friends" and "parents" we see were actually endoskeletons. Dylan use that device that is use for shape shifting into beings but then it malfunction causing the endoskeletons as the beings Dylan know to become more twisted

I kinda knew a few episodes ago as he said that he programmed them, The illusion disc doesnt create living things it simply masks objects, To have a living being with speach and such would require a base, The interactions are all real (just with endo's) But the appearance is different due to the disc
