Alright, either the illusion disk is being overworked to the point it’s changing things. Dylan is subconsciously changing how they act as a way to get himself to stop. Or an outside force is happening. All we know for sure, something’s wrong

I think Dylan's dependency on the animatronics is represented by them not turning on Because now that the animatronics are starting to leave him, He feels abandoned because they were dependent on him for a long time, Now the simulation is reacting to dylan's emotions causing It to not allow the animatronics to turn on.

I havn't been active in the comments despite watching for a while, but i do have a theory about todays ep i wanted to share. Considering this location (the one he set up the illusion in), had a portal underneath it for some time, and the portal or things related to it tend to leave remnants behind, (its been mentioned that shadow and dylan both had some small peices left in security, and on plutos POV void tells cheshire that there are remnants of the portals energy within hatters body due to cheshires decomissioning of him that one time) Could it be remnants from the portal interacting with the disc? Considering we know that someone sealed off the portal room itself, but we don't fully know if the portal still has effects on this location. It could also be lolipops influence, as we saw him in episode 131 (around nine-ish minutes in).
