"WHY WOULD YOU PLAY HARDCORE OMG WHAT IF YOU DIED" - well the answer to that is simple :) in Hardcore Mode, EVERYTHING you do feels more significant, every decision you make has massive consequences and ultimately I feel I get more enjoyment from the game knowing that I could lose all my progress to one stupid death. Going back to Vanilla just seems boring to me... unless it's on a server with other peeps to keep things interesting :'D

wat is even more impressive is that he hasn't actually died to a creeper in a hardcore series. Sieries 1 was a harddrive crash, and he didn't have any backups off of that harddrive, Series 2 was the one where he died to a baby zombie, and series 3 was the glitch death.

Hey Ph1LzA, I started off my own survival hardcore and was doing great. So I decided to face the Wither, I have never fought him before. Here it comes, golden apple used, Power III bow ready, 2 stacks of Arrows, Shield, full diamond, Blast protection on the chest, you can imagine the situation . . . I was stoked! Hyped! I summoned it. He stood there, not doing anything and I was like "Wait, is this bugged out?" The Wither started flickering and I was like: "Oh oh, creeper animation!" So I took a couple steps back... the couple steps were not enough . . . got hit by the explosion, got withered and he hit me with two of those explosive shots he does. Not only that, the knockback made me get some fall damage on top of it and I died. The fight lasted 16 seconds. R.I.P. Solo hardcore survival HAHAHA Love your content mate! Your survival seasons are the best out there!
