You should do a hide or hunt were admins make the base and you pick a admin and they tp you into it and tell you how to get out

Turn on subittles in minecraft settings. It will help find bases and know whats sounds are around you. Like if people are smelting u will see in bottom right it will say furnace crankles it will really help
