I'd rather remove the rod from the rooftop. It's like a small detail but it can cost a bit of rebuilding. Sure if don't have fire spreading it can be great. Still very nice to build hope u make some basalt/Blackstone and spruce builds.

Lightning doesn't strike in biomes that have no precipitation, so if you build in an actual desert the only lighting action it could see is a player summoning it on purpose. In a biome with lightning, the lowest lightning rod with sky access takes priority, so you could place one at ground level further away to redirect it, too.

I'm sorry about the criticism, but my OCD was driving me nuts about how a row of trapdoors is missing near the back of the roof of the animal pen at 20:00 and it doesn't look like it will hold the animals because they can just climb in the logs in the back. Also, I just found it cool that above the roof entrance, you can see herobrine :)
