So MC is not on Xbox any more an when I downloaded the file explorer and tried to download it the download won’t go to transfer it just would not download at all

Hey 👋, I don’t think that this is just a bug, I think it is the fact that it takes you to a different website, like if it takes you to mediafire to download, then you can do this, the only possible way that I can think of is to copy the link from Microsoft edge to the file downloader, hope it works! Edit: I meant to say from the actual media fire link, meaning you might have to go through the link stride on Microsoft edge
