For the recording software you can either chose obs (free) or the built in recorder that comes with the rx 580

i have the same problem, i got the ryzen 5 3600 and rx 580 8gb, and for some reason, vanilla minecraft(Tlauncher) at 1080p base settings(fancy and shit) i get 60 fps and stutters when new chunks are loaded

i had the same issue, i tested it in Tlauncher 1.20.6, and that version of the game did not have optifine, i simply installed an older version 1.20.4 that has optifine and now i have 200+fps, check if your minecraft has optifine mod

@@BenjaminWhoLikesToGaming I found even better solution if you get Minecraft bought someday I recommend you lunar client + sodium mod, I can play on shaders with stable 144fps with it
