Andy, if you substitute clear glass for the windows into the swimming pool, with KUDA shaders you will get an awesome shimmering/ wavy effect of water as seen in the original 3d video

I'm no Fin but I do know an arctic survival tip: If you are freezing in the arctic, and your clothes are wet, the best thing to do is shed your clothing and let them dry.

Please don't use the panes next to the water... I find that the gap between them is god-awful. Also, I think you've almost nailed the general shape of the house, but it seems you haven't really captured the feel of it. If I were you I would change up some of the materials you're using, specifically the glass. You can't see through the white, and the light blue kinda gives off a 1960's diner vibe. I'm not you though, so do as you wish, of course. Anyway, great job, and I can't wait until this house is finished!

Some good points you make. I think most important at this stage is just to build it and not worry to much about block choices. I can always change them all later with world edit.

***** Right, that's just what I think about what you should do after you've got the blocks down. That's just my opinion for when you get to that point. Good luck, by the way, because this is looking like it's gonna be a tough build, with the way you have to convert all those shapes over to minecraft. :)
