Scrub. My Grandpa is the one who got me into video games. Not only did he have the most cutting edge video games at the time (the original Xbox) but he also had a ton of classic consoles. I feel like he would have loved minecraft and I wish he had the chance to experience it. That's not to say that the kid wasn't a shit head but there's deffo alot of old people gamers out there

Fun fact as a person who works with kids and has been working in schools before: glue eater is a very mean way to describe a child from a teachers perspective. Its the same level as "runner" for kids who get overestimated just for kids work are considered slower on picking things up.

When I was in elementary school, a fellow 5th grader told me he was going to kill me (technically he forced his friend to threaten me but the friend was a nice kid, and somehow ended up friends with this kid and was forced to do this). The kid had only one friend in the entire school and was horrible to him, like physically abusive, I watched him pinch the "friend" harshly on the back of the neck for literally no reason. I was just playing on the playground, minding my own business when they came over to me and told me they were going to push me off of the Superman (a roller coaster at Darien Lake (my school's 5th-grade end-of-the-year trip)). Falling from that height would have deleted me. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he was on the news for a violent crime.

idk man im just saying that only getting 5% for working for over a YEAR to sell all those cards is pretty wild. 55k probably wasnt even enough to cover the guys college lmao. coulda atleast gave the guy like 10%. i really dont wanna be that guy but at 80 years old and when hes literally wanting to go into a retirement home i dont really think he needs all that money and the kid is the only reason he even got it to begin with. yes hes likely gonna split it up to his family in his will but idk when you're giving away the average amount of money a man makes in a LIFETIME OF WORKING i feel like you could atleast give the kid 10% considering all the work he did. especially when the kid could have easily ran off with the cards and it would have been perfectly fine since they were his property after they were given to him. buddy was doing college, all the work with these cards, might have had/gotten a job and still had to balance the rest of his life and all he got out of it probably wasnt even enough to put him through college lmao. he coulda been set for life but when he decides to be the most gracious person on the planet he only walks away with 5%. idk personally i say give him 15-20%. at least enough to fully put him through college get him a car and get a solid down payment on a house then be able to either save the rest or try and start a business. honestly idk how they kid is such a good person.
