Hey ijevin. Like the vids but couldn’t help but notice at 17:58 you have a cow head in your inventory . Those are very hard to get . Also some other weird things like the saddle in the chest which doesn’t happen often occurred. If you are going to use creative to help the video out just tell us . Don’t lie u did u creative this video . Like idk bout u but to get that much steak without a cow farm is hard and u would’ve needed to find a lot of cows. Just tell us you are going to use creative

ETA: I also wanted to mention I appreciated your talk about how much Minecraft has changed! I've been playing a lot in the new update, and one of the things that was most striking was how drastically different everything felt. I do like it, and it was a good time for a change, but it was definitely jarring, especially after so long since the last major world gen update. I hesitate to say things look more "realistic" now as it's Minecraft, but some of the stunning views I've stumbled across on my own world have really solidified this update as a positive change for me.

I'm doing kind of the same thing! I found an awesome cave in a hill that pokes out in several different places, overlooking the surrounding plains area and so I'm making a winding base, filling it with mossy cobble and glow berries and whatnot ☺

You don't collect the cave vines as such, but if you collect the glow berries, you can right click the lower surface of a block while holding them, and it will place a vine. Why use silk touch to collect grass? Just use shears! The roots attached to the ceiling are called hanging roots. Love the base!

The base is PHENOMENAL omg you did such a good job, I love the overgrown and natural aesthetic in Minecraft and you nailed it in this build. The gradient with the cobblestone and moss and andesite and everything is just so so well done man, can't wait for episode 2

With life having moved in some really strange ways these past couple of years, I think the familiar is part of our collective comfort zones and pushing that boundary, literally in some instances, feels like being untethered. You need a pair of Leather Boots for you, and Leather Horse armour so if you hit any powdered snow whilst exploring you and your horse will be okay!

I love how you have set up your videos, you may not have done it for this reason but seeing your coordinates on screen is helpful because I started a play through with this seed and knowing where some things are at is great, haven’t played since 1.8 so this has been a blast. Hopefully the algorithm blasts this series to people!

@@brandancase3852 so if you go to vanilla tweaks website you can create a custom data pack that you can use to get the same coordinates on your HUD like in this video, but you can always just hit F3 and it will show your coordinates on there as well, then if you hit F2 it takes a screenshot and you can go back and look at coordinates you have saved or you can write them down in a notebook or something

That is a really good starter base. It has the simplicity of a starter base, basically just being an open cave, but it has a great idea and execution with details to make it nice to look at.
