Im not surprised the update is really small cus is supposed to be the size of the armoured paws update knowing by its name and version its releasing in which might be somewhere from 1.21.3 to 1.21.4

Yeah I know but I feel like the trees need to have a unique design rather than the dark oak tree and also I want there to be more of a reason to try to find and explore a pale garden rather than just the wood type: maybe a tiny structure similar to an ocean ruin that might have a special item, also add fog to make it creepier and make the creaking spawn during the day to stop players from just entering there during the day and taking all the loot

My biggest problem with the drop is that nothing about the biome (except maybe the pale moss) makes it a garden, its a forest, add a new plant/crop or give the trees a unique shape

not all gardens are particularly organized. and if I remember correctly, one of the devs insinuated that the creaking/creaking heart may have cultivated the biome to be how it is.

The Creaking is the opposite of the Enderman in Minecraft.

While I think the update is cool I do wish they would go for less frequent bigger updates like in the past

there is one thing they could have done wich would make this annoucment and update be 10 times better is make the biome spawn in end and give the creakings a cool drop item or make a boss creaking that would drop a cool new item, not only would the biome have a purpose to go to for more people than just builders, but it would also give people a reason to go to the outer isalnds in the end after getting a full shulker box of elytras not to mention that overworld is just full of biomes wich makes it hard to find the one you want and it doesn't need any more especially for them to be useless like mangrove, they should really just place the biom in the end as the creepy vibe fits perfectly in there, just iamgine you are traveling through the end to find an elytra and you find this forest, the vibe just fits perfectly with the end

To be honest the visual design of pale garden is very disappointing. It looks like dark oak forest with colour blindness or mod from 2015. I hope they will rework that.

They'll probably listen to feedback for this drop, similar to how they did with the armoured paws drop.

I agree, it looks like a dark forest retexture. I think the tree design should be vastly different than anything we've seen
