If it's anything like Terraria, being 'dowsed in honey' is literally a short regen buff. A very good effect that (in Terraria) lasts as long as you're in contact with the honey, or for a short time after leaving. It's viewed as useful to have a few shallow pools of the stuff scattered around your "boss arena" for quick dipping any time you play up to beehive access in Terraria, and I imagine the effect here would be just as useful, though I do doubt it can out-heal too much damage intake. Most likely just regen 1 with less than splash pot duration, _but_ it probably reapplies per damage instance, so it could be stronger than I suspect.

When it comes to the underwater dungeon why not try and use the ultra sponge and place from the top to the bottom of the entrance and inside to try and get rid of all of the water and source blocks to make it easier to go through.

It might be useless to upgrade/degrade lucky blocks, after silk touching one I upgraded, the luck reset to zero. You can craft a Monster List for your maid to choose what mobs she'll go after.
