One is "In-Game Time" or IGT which does not include the time where the game is paused and stuff, RTA is the Real Time passed since the run has started, more specifically it stands for "Real Time Attack" because Time Attack was a word that used to refer to a game mode in which the objective is to beat a level as fast as possible (basically speedrunning).
