I may be wrong but im pretty sure its a vanilla thing in beta there was a chest there with a golden carrot somewhere below it there is a calibrated skulk sensor listening for the eating sound and when it hears it it will open a secret door that leads to some examples of some redstone tricks (pulse extenders and stuff like that) its kinda interesting they might have replaced it with a golden apple in full release

A bit of an anticlimax at the end but a very fun video otherwise! Criticisms and ideas for the finale below if you wanna see: I can tell the hunters felt totally defeated and demoralized when you just mined the dragon and started flying around at hyper speed. From how it looked, they already lost so why stick around yknow? For a dramatic finale like destroying the dimension, I think that the way you get that win condition shouldn't make you untouchable first (what could they do once you had the dragon wings? Game was over by then,) and it would probably be a good idea for the hunters to know thats the win condition before the final few moments of the game. You dont necessarily need to tell them at the start of the video if you want it to be a surprise, but let them know while they still have the ability to stop you. Alternatively, dont include dimension destruction in the win condition at all, but have it be something you prepare before you enter the dimension. Then you can surprise them with it at the end when rhey otherwise wouldve had no way to guess it's there. I have no idea if you intend to use the dimension busting idea again, but i think this could help if you take another crack at it!

What about a Voodoo doll type challenge? Take essence from the hunters and put it into certain items you can activate for effects on command at any distance. But stuff like drowning out of water, suddenly being engulfed in lava where there isn't any, poison, nausea, maybe one that doesn't do damage but makes their screen jerk like they are
