I went and looked it up myself, just to see, and the only thing I can find on it is a blog post by Notch years ago: "All the other mobs in the game are genderless and usually exhibit the most prominent traits of both genders. Cows have horns and udders (even if I’ve later learned that there are some cows where the females do have horns), and the chicken/duck/whatevers have heads that look like roosters, but still lay eggs. For breeding, any animal can breed with any other animal of the same species." Granted this is from Notch, 9 years ago, so take that as you will. I'm pretty sure the Ender Dragon is confirmed female though. Sorry for the wrong information there.

What about all mobs drop pearls, and hunters spawn endermites every time they pearl? It'd be funny if everyone got to pearl constantly but the hunters kept getting harassed by the mites each time.

Minecraft Manhunt, but Enchantments are terrible. Can you imagine the hunters trying to enchant their equipment, but the enchantments make things worse? I bet that would be a hilarious video to watch. Give a pickaxe an efficiency enchantment gives you mining fatigue. Unbreaking on your sword? That'll make it less durable instead. I'm sure that you could figure out the rest.
