heres a list of all of the inconsistencies/weird stuff that shows how staged the speedrun was (obviously not criticising b&b for their work, the video was very fun to watch :D) 1: banana only taking 1 heart of dmg after 2 axe crits in the village 2: banana knocking bread in the lava in the cave when he was the one on the lava side 3: the brute not hitting banana when hes trapping it in the bastion (might be bc they were in peacefull or just luck idrk) (the brutes got crazy range on newer versions) 4: bread getting water bottles in the nether when he doesnt have a water bucket or a cauldron 5: the conviniently spawned enderman in the bastion im most definitely missing a few, imma rewatch it to check for any missing ones, merry christmas ps: did not take into account the way they played, because that is subjective and hard to explain

*The fact of the matter is this:* So long as they visibly disclose the fact that it's scripted, it doesn't matter. The entertainment factor comes from the theatrics. _If you're entertained, the video did it's job._ Even if it's scripted, that only accounts for what they say. _Any and all tricks they pull off in the game are still all them, and still contribute to the coolness factor._ The problem comes when people *don't* notify others that a manhunt video is scripted, because then you have everybody coming at them, trying to debunk every individual frame of the video.

I found your channel with the first scripted manhunt. 3/4th of your videos watched later, and the 2nd manhunt definitely didn't disappoint. Also loved the fact that Bread got fully equipped through the ancient city early on. It fixes the issue where you feel like Banana can basically turn around and fight and have a decent chance of actually winning at any point. It feels like a proper hunt when the odds feel like they're against the runner.

Yet another masterpiece This is amazing to watch, knowing its scripted acktually increases my enthusiasm while watching, knowing most scenes and clutches were repeated multiple times until the perfect scene is born, work of art frfr Okay my guesses on scripted parts: 1. The stupid hole to the deep dark, it was probably artificially enhanced to allow full fly-through and water landing in the end, if it was generated this way, then got damn what a nice find such a hole boys~ 2. Knockback sword was not used in bastion to toss runner into lava on sides, pretty obvious giveaway there was no intention of killing 3. That boat lava clutch is sick, i wonder how many tries it took, beautiful job 4. A few cuts right after runner fails to get into boat, or in the middle of speed bridging, where runner probably died or hunter had to wait for him standing still 5. I'm not sure about enderman in the bastion, can they even spawn there? They can't, so that one was probably summoned artificially, but who knows, maybe it wandered in bastion from nearby biome, pretty deep into bastion tho 6. Lots and lots of blazes, they were spawning like crazy, way too many for strays, so probably summoned, but, again, could just spawn on their own as well, I'm just trying to look for some evidence. 7. Lots of cool knockback sword launches, lovely. The web clutch specifically had more possibilities for hunter to do something, but not much was done. In the end, I must say, this manhunt looks even more epic and entertaining than many real manhunts, where supposedly serious hunters make you die of cringe with their insane brainfarts, like one of hunter breaking bed of others in stronghold and stuff. This is a legit watch with hype clutches, only different from "real and serious" manhunts in title, intonations and honest intention of not killing runner early. And this is a cool riddle. I want more, i want finale, and then finale rematch, and then 2 hunters, and then rematch, GIMME MOAR this is beautiful

The fists vs low hp axe duel was a fun way to balance a fight between players with vastly different equipment & explains why a shield wasn't crafted earlier. The forgotten city dropper clutch was both incredibly cool & a perfect excuse to deck the hunter out, although a real player's first reaction would have been to go for the water bucket in the hotbar. Including fails like the boat snipe helped improve believability, and examples of showing off such as placing a block on top of the sugar cane to jump off of for style points also sell the illusion of you being the kind of skillful player who could pull everything off for real. However, I thought the hunter guessed how a few of your tricks worked too easily (such as the door in lava), which betrayed their knowledge of the script. It's such a fun video concept as you can be as blatant as you want

Usually we have a couple ideas going in. For example, we wanted to do the moment with the potions and brute, and then have Banana die in the nether. But stuff like the ancient city drop and the spawn parkour are devised once we find a cool seed, and map out locations to visit and plan the clutches there
