Technically speaking some animals do eat rocks. They do this to help them digest food. Animals that do this tend to not have teeth such as chickens for example. So kier is absolutely correct.

I have a suggestion for a twist. Manhunt but there's no natural health regeneration (for both the hunter and the speedrunner). This means that to get back health you need golden apples, instant health or regeneration potions, or a soup made with oxeye daisy. This is really hard on the hunter, and should make much more tense encounters (because you'll not be full health most of the time).
