So, it's basically a normal Manhunt, but whenever they ask for the bit your answer is "The Bit is, that I tell you the Bit when you ask for it." or whatever has an equal meaning, basically just annoying them to a brain aneurysm because of rage.

You could do this but with only access to one of the creative tabs, like anything from the food tab or redstone tabs could switch things up and you could get creative with how you take advantage of it.
