Does anyone else remember playing Minecraft with your friends in survival mode, before the 1.16 update, with your wood and dirt house and your furnace and crafting table, your friends are gathering materials and your just alone, watching the sunrise, your tamed dog sitting beside you, your just in your relaxed mode, knowing that you've survived another Minecraft day, while Sweden just plays in the background, and the sky gets brighter and the stars fade while you forget all your problems...... And suddenly you remember you have 3 school assignments that are due on that day but you just enjoy that Minecraft moment

I remember Minecraft since update 1.1 when they added jungles can't believe just how much it's changed over the years I barely recognize it anymore but in a good way, although my favourite version of minecraft will always be 1.6.4 when they added horses bats and witches

Damn, I miss playing around on pe beta. It was great. But all I remember, is Xbox 360 versions, glitching out the tutorials to get to the other side! Forgetting to save, and playing it over again! The old crafting table pop up was so nostalgic! Playing on the old preset worlds like adventure time! Playing with friends over summer. Waking your parents up bc u found diamonds and celebrated a little too loud! I miss those moments!

This reminded me of the only times I was actually peaceful. Those times when I was relaxed. Not stressed, not angry, not sad, just… peaceful. I cried actual tears over this. just wanted to say- joe, you are my inspiration. i’m in middle school band, and my precious mallets are what get me to wake up in the morning. but, some days, i just want to play the marimba and it’s at school. the glockenspiel isn’t always satisfactory, ya know? so when i watch your videos and can hear it it makes me feel a little better. when i’m older, i want to be able to be like you and own these lovely instruments and be able to play them. you are really skilled like, i can barely even use 2 mallets on the marimba because it’s so difficult. i hope that one day, i can be as great at playing as you are.

Amazing as always Joe! I love that technique with the double bass bows and the vibraphone, it sounds really interesting, especially for percussion. Astounding job with 5 mallets, for me personally I can’t even play 4 mallets well. What brand marimba is that?

🙏 It takes time to get good for 4 mallets. I used to do a lot of practice away from the instrument on the floor which helped. This is a Demorrow marimba.

Oh my goodness, there’s just SO much nostalgia coming to me, along with goosebumps. I remember when Minecraft came to console, my older brother had a demo of it on his Xbox 360. It was the old OG tutorial world that’d make you finish that house before you can go through the walkway to the town. I remember when Steve made grunts whenever you got hurt every which way. I remember I had claimed that shelter on the far left with the iron door, so that the monsters couldn’t break in. I would then gather enough blocks to make a ‘bridge’ across the lake to the snowy area. Man…how far Minecraft has come since alpha launched😯 It’s evolved sooooo much!
