Minecraft PvP - Infinitri: Capture Point

Minecraft PvP. Today we try out Infinitri with some other HermitCrafters. Infinitri is a fast paced bow combat map, where 2 teams compete in a number of different game modes on several different arenas.
Today we play the Capture Point game mode where we attempt to contest the enemy's beacon location, while trying to defend our own.

hahaha! At 9:11 doc comes out of nowhere and takes the bullet for Etho, literally, out of NOWHERE all you see is the arrow heading straight for Etho, and then doc's body coming up from the bottom of the screen whilst falling over.

It's being made by Battlefield guys, who are nice, but have been increasingly assimilated into their dark master. Frikkin microtransaction day 1 dlc pay to win BS. I doubt it will have as good of a campaign as the second, if it has any at all. DICE doesn't seem capable of making one.

Austin Moon It was only 1 shot if it was a critical damage arrow (fully drawn). For the style of game, with no swords, I think it works ok, but I do like the normal bow damage for most pvp games.

EthosLab I believe it's 1 shot for any draw because at several points in the video you don't fully draw back but still kill people in a single hit. The reason the bows sometimes leave a heart left is because damage enchantments (e.g. sharpness or power) are slightly randomized. The power enchantment is likely so high that you when you fully draw your bow your range of possible damage always exceeds ten hearts; however, when you partially draw your bow that damage range drops and allows a low chance of surviving. I'd have to do a bit of testing to confirm this theory though. Oh, and great video. I'd love to see more PVP stuff.
