One of the reasons Mojang can't do what Alex does is cause Mojang is a corporation with a bureaucratic hierarchy. I'm sure all the devs wish Alex Caves was in vanilla minecraft, but passing the idea up the chain of command for approval takes way more time than 1 person just coding it in.

My idea are ice caves : full of yeti : hostile creatures that are attracted by meat in infevtory in chests or in drop form . Then the yeti queen whrn defeated you will obtain ice crown to command the yetis to mine farm and obviusly attack . And the yeti's king once defeated will give the ice armor thst make 2 times slower but 10 times strongher then the snow sword to block enemy in block of ice and slow them ​@@goutros

I can't believe they already have a bunch of biomes that are all full mod quality by themselves, and they had like five times more of them on the backburner waiting to be added in future updates, then that looked at the content they already have planned and thought, "Nah, we need even more"

If I had to guess, I'd say that the 3.0 update will add more than one cave, but probably no more than 2. And if I had to guess again, I think it's the Paranormal Pit and either the Great Oak (which is now called the Oak Undergrowth) or the Galactic Caverns.

Yeah I have no idea how progression will work, if you have max gear, then fighting new enemies would be a breeze, I think they could just split the mod into 2 parts or world types, or maybe make new cave tablets generate in Alex caves
