For anyone wanting to change modes to actually spectate the map use /setblock 49 166 -48 air, he didn't set up any way to disable the command block when you beat it, and the end is supposed to set you to spectator, but this command black puts you back in adventure. in order to find this command block I had to use a setblock command to place a reapeating command block with the command /gamemode creative @a, then I had to set in a redstone block next to it, then I still couldn't fly properly and my creative menu was messed up. But I could open command blocks now, then I gave myself an elytra and fireworks so I could fly and search the map, turns out it was literally right under spawn.

First off, amazing work. Second, this map really reminded me of apeirophobia, a roblox backroom inspired game, in which there are almost all the levels you made, although they're in a specific order. Being a past speedrunner of that game made me get a blast of nostalgia, and what can I say, the fact that it was hand made makes it even better. Magnificent!

pre vidio watch map review.(spoilers) Honestly this is probably the best backrooms map I have seen. though my first run didn't give it justice. During my first playthrough I decided to first go immediately to my right but retreated when I heard scary noises coming from there. I found the hotel door first as well as a fake wall shortcut to it that lead to the beginning, Really helping in the future because I now knew what walls powder snow looked like, and whenever I die I could just come back to the hotel basically immediately. looking through the hotel room windows I could see that there was a broken window, I went to the where the window was and went down. I followed the signs and found the emergency exit, but I had to go back after wandering around for a while finding nothing eventually a run event triggered I mad it to the ladder before even knowing what was chasing me. It was the bacteria and the first time I saw it, and I tried getting a better look at the model(it looks pretty silly, bro has been working out) and accidentally died. I quickly made it back thanks to the shortcut, I had a few options I could go into the muddy brick hole and climing the ladder and checking in the corridors I could go into the poolrooms. I decided to go to the poolrooms. Seeing the signs telling me not to go down some way, I of course went down it fully thinking I would see a smiler chase me because I wanted to see one yet and I wanted to see one, and the signs with smiley faces on it made me think that. I went down found a hidden room with a chest. when I opened it and when I saw nothing assumed it was a retextured trapped chest, and thought when I go back up the stairs there would be something chasing me. When nothing chased me, I went back down thinking the room couldn't possibly be for nothing. I checked the walls in the secret room and found a double secret. when I was jumping across I couldn't help but think of a parkour civilisation joke, and I missed one of the jumps and died. So I had to repeat the whole process again, this time I made it across, saw a chest with a potion and when I took it I was sent to the arcade, and I entered it. went to press start, and spent over half an hour trying the parcour. gave up when I finally got past the double neo and fell again. I decided to finally try the potion, though I thought using it to beat press start would send me to level "you cheated". But it didn't, I got to the corridor and I beat the game. I thought it was really short, but after finding a way to get spectator and seeing how huge the map is I decided to give some more tries. I went so many ways and explored so much. I missed out on a lot. It would be really cool if each time you died you would be forced in some way to take a different rout from your previous rout, but that seems to difficult to do in minecraft. I wouldn't quite say there are "literally infinite" routs you can take, unless you count routs where you make a loop and end in the same place.but that's like saying a maze has infinite solutions because it has a circle in it. I was hoping for a more puzzle oriented map when seeing you had Kanadian and ‪Wifies‬ But this made me wish more backrooms games had multiple routs like the backrooms wiki does. and as a cs major I always smile when I hear daisy bell. Though its trajic that is so often used in horror as something that is supposed to be scary. anyways good job.
