For some reason it doesn’t work when I hold the block place button when I try to bridge , but for jitr it does

Stand 2 blocks away, and place and continue to hold the button while walking forward. Standing away is the key here. A different method can be used to just start from anywhere, but it takes an hour of practice and to master it overtime it will take a long time.
