An example of this could be that camman makes another video complaining about the minecart, the obvious idea is to take that and expand onto it like any normal human would do. The sad part is that creators like DylanMC has no reason to stop doing this, KZbin will let creators issue copyright strikes in cases like these (if we show plenty of evidence through emails, hence why gerg has a few "Info needed, see email" on his copyright page), but they will immediately back down if the content thieves counter our copyright strike (Which is what happened to me). Plagiarizing videos in another language is not discouraged by KZbin at all, and the only people that can stop cross-language plagiarizers are Spanish viewers themselves.

Dylan is the equivalent of going ctrl+c and ctrl+v it a translator. Even if he makes his own photage it doesn't excuse blatantly just taking others content, translating it to Spanish and calling it 'his'. KZbin actually needs to step up and do something about this as it's effecting almost every gaming community (I've recently seen videos of people exposing roblox and geometry dash copy cats, and it's frighteningly similar to what's happening with Dylan). I love how on youtube, content thiefs who earn money by copying other people are actually called out. there's at least 200 acounts (that I know of, there's probably much more) on 哔哩哔哩，小红书，快手 and 抖音 who do the same thing with youtube shorts, only they translate it to Chinese and have milions of likes and subscirbers. what makes them worse is that almost nobody knows that the videos are copied, and the original creators don't even get to copyright strike them because of how hard it is to get an account on the platform the stolen videos are posted on (it requires a Chinese phone number)

I personally know the issue of content theft because in the niche which I am moving back into even though it’s on KZbin theft is everywhere because of how the content works.Because of that even when I only had 100 subs I would have several people copying me on KZbin alone.The issue is tictoc creators can be struck so we can’t do anything and by can’t be struck they technically can but they won’t because tictoc needs money.

The biggest problem is that Dylan keeps trying to say he doesn't copy when he does very obviously copies their videos and just translates them to spanish.
