Minecraft logic about what Is and isn't allowed is beyond bizarre. I hope one day they will get over it and add fun things like chairs and tables or sharks and what everyone else wants. I hope one day we won't need to crouch on stairs for a chair

Or their "no sharks, no crocodiles, no piranhas" rule which is just as annoying. But then make us vote for mobs no one asked for and with a clear bias... They should then just add the freaking mob they want and stop bothering us with voting, meanwhile the promised biomes are piling up.

That's not a bad idea! The only issue with doing it in a similar fashion to glow lichen is that then you wouldn't be able to place anything against the wall. For instance, if you wanted to put a picture on the wall you'd replace the glow lichen :(

Only things with interactions - such as cabinets - use minimal entities. We're very confident it won't lag your world!

@@XPGAMESLLC What they mean by "the same people from Java" is that the creators for both the Bedrock Add-On and the Original Java Mods are the same. If you aren't then you'd be profiting off someone else's hard work which is super scummy, like that bedrock Aether Map a couple years back

I dont think they need to add all these different furniture blocks because it takes away from getting creative with the blocks you have. That being said a half slab shaped block that u could sit in (like a half bed) and maybe a shelf u can display items on, would really help.

There should be table and chairs too (textures even existed) but seriously pretend-playing that stairs-with-signs-on-its-sides is a chair is more lame than creative, especially for a game that has a lectern. They also use that "it will take away from creativity" argument for vertical slabs. It is just an excuse. No one would mind furniture. Terraria has so much furniture and no one complains. And I too would like shelves in minecraft but I can imagine them say "just use item frames on trapdoors and there you go, you have a shelf". So I doubt they will add it

Minecraft should have at least table and chairs and honestly developers should reconsider "no furniture" rule. I am so tired of play-pretending stairs are chairs or having literal minecarts in my dining hall. If table and chairs for each wood type is "too much" for a game that has building and decorating as one of the main parts of gameplay then I don't know what isn't "too much".
