So. Not to be ungrateful, but I realized my first comment was missing some information. You can put a pump directly facing any water source block between two other source blocks and it sucks it infinitely. No need for the Aqueous accumulator, outside for completing the quest! I also realized a couple of other things... this has been fun and I KNOW how much work it was.... but... There's a better way to make gold early game, if you need only a few to progress or make a single machine. Hammer Granite, crush it to get red sand, bulk wash it with the encased fan and water, and there's a good chance of getting nuggets! Of course, later you still need the whole setup to automate it properly, but it's nice having options. Also. Ethanol + Seed oil? Flax. From Thermal Series. It's ridiculously good, each harvest is a ton of seeds and a ton of flax, and you can use it to make bonemeal too! And... Mechanical Harvester + Normal Vanilla farm. It's good, fast, doesn't requre any machinery but create, which is not gated at all! As much as diesel was easy to make... Windmills, as you realized, are cheap, infinitely easier to make and construct, stackable and space isn't really an issue in this pack :D The pack is fun and all, but there's so many quests which are only there for the sake of the quest. Aqueous Accumulator is useless with Create in the pack for example... But it's a fun pack!

I am so glad to see some appreciation of Gregorius T. Another modpack the blends Gregnant Tech and Create is Gravitas 2. It starts all the way at like caveman tech, but isn't ridiculously grindy like Sevtech.

A small thing to note for you Dejojo: At 11:16 you said you need an LV hatch, but as an alternative you can also place another ULV output as far as I recall, in any place where the output hatches may be placed on the machine. The only downside with this in GregTech is, that you cannot control which output delivers what item (I tried using GT filters, but that didn't seem to work for me).

May I recommend starting with only one dirt block next time, it is so satisfying to build an entire empire, and look back knowing it started from a single tree on a single dirt block. It's part of why I always come back to modded Skyblock

That's nice to hear . But if you are getting in to much more mods and modpacks than just Create . And ALSO if you want to play a FUN tech mod pack . Might I suggest next playing the : "Feed the factory" , modpack ?? It takes large inspiration from popular factory games like , Satisfactory and Factorio . The very nice thing about "Feed the Factory" is that it´s PURE automatization , through and through . By that I mean , it´s set on peacefull , doesn´t have a hungerbar , generates on a Superflat - like world . You can really take it at you´re own pace . It doesn´t really rush you anywhere , and doesn´t make you stress about the little things . Ok , I´m rambelling now , but I think you get the point . It´s just the perfect modpack to just cool you down , and just have some fun .

it impresses me that making glass out of sand is too unrealistic, but it’s fine that you are getting huge quantities of metal from thin air (matter can no be created or destroyed, so ultimately you just have to believe that the tree is extracting metals from the air)

Because latex comes from the latex tree ...which is a jungle tree. Also, dandelions. Yea, the weed in your yard produces latex as well. Ive never played create mod, but i wonder how 'realistic' it is. Resin could come from spruce, galls (for ink) could come from oaks, birch sap into sugar. Needles, gum arabic from acacia (useful in adhesives, inks/paints) All trees could be used for tannin extraction for tanned leather and various dying. Idk the wood extractor just interested ne

After watching the first minute of the video, i decided to download the modpack and play it a bunch, now i am almost out of the first chapter and now here i am, looking at someone else play it, i love just how different our playthroughs ended up looking. I know literally nothing about gregtech, but i know a bit about create, which made me hiperfocuse on that, first machine i built was a create-powered cobble generator using miners followed by rushing crussing wheels, cause i didn't know about ultimine until i came back to take a look at this video again for bit because i was dead tired of doing it one block at a time Took me quite a long while, but now i have enough gravel, sand and ores to last me for a long, LONG time, and now that i know how the coke oven works thanks to this video i'll go do that as well!

I thought that growing up I'd really like engineering. I'm great at math and computers. So, I took it in highschool. I was the best in the class... but I didn't really enjoy it... So I took engineering 2... and 3... and I realized- I'm good at engineering. I just find it boring. This modpack seems like HELL for me. However, because of your enthusiasm and your in-depth explanation for everything... I had a great time watching this. Can't wait to see the rest of the series!!

This is kinda the gameplay loop of meatballcraft, it's like gregtech lite. Everything is hard to get, and then as soon as you get it it's easy to automate
