Dwellers mostly have knockback resistance, so it`s better to use something fast shooting like minigun, or something with loots of damage. Also you can enchant the guns from this mod.

Kinda thought it sounded Familiar, once you get close enough to him, he'll stand up and Start relentlessly chasing after you. You can use the Poppies to make Red Dye and then use that for you Banner and any Patterns you want to put on it. As for the Iron, you can use it for anything you'll need, even Guns and Ammunition. You'll need to filter the Iron from the Poppies though, so make the Chest a Double Chest and place a Hopper under each Block of the Chest. One Hopper will take the Poppies and Another will take the Iron, each with their own Separate Double Chests. Let me know what you think about this and I'll catch you in your next video man!
