For the shooting a skeleton one, if you use a name tag to name the skeleton, he won't despawn.

10:34 or just up the simulation distance... The despawn radius is dependant on the sim distance, and by default on PS4/5, it's 4 chunks. Diamonds to You, Suspicious Stew, and and 2 mini-game packs are the only achievements that require multiplayer (With Cupid the only one requiring 3 players)

I finally got the platinum, the hardest part for me was the nether fortress i went over 3,000 blocks in a direction with no fortress. It killed me, intil i realised i could just create a copy of the word and just use creative to find a fortress
